Checkout Instructions

• Checkout time is 10:00am sharp unless other arrangements were made.
• Strip all beds that were used during your stay and leave them at the end of the bed.
• If you can, please start a load of bath towels (only) in hot water. If you have time, please put them in the dryer.  (laundry takes the longest of all the cleaning chores so a head start is appreciated)
• If you used any pool towels, please start those in the laundry separate from bath towels.  
• Please wash all the dishes, pots and pans that were used.
• Please throw out all food items that are perishable (leftovers, etc.). You can leave the rest or take it with you.
• Take out all the trash. Trash should be in bags which are supplied under the kitchen sink.
• Trash pickup is early on Monday mornings. They will retrieve and return the cans to the courtyard.
• Clean the BBQ if it was used.
• Don’t forget to check all closets and drawers for personal items.
