Information

If you booked through VRBO you should recieve an email 3 days prior to your stay with most of the information you will need. We will also call 1-2 days prior to your stay to provide the door code, wifi information and set up your gate pass(es). We will need the name of a driver for each car accessing the property.  Check-in is 4:00 pm unless you made previous arrangements.  Generally we can let you in early if there isn’t another guest checking out that morning.  

 

Directions

There is a google map on the Home page with the address. You will need to use the main gate off PGA West Blvd.  Jefferson dead-ends into PGA West Blvd.  The “Stadium Residential” gate is about a mile down on the left.  Pull into the left (guest) lane and pick up your gate pass which will cover the duration of you stay.  On return trips you will still use the guest lane but they will just scan your pass. The Madison gate is for transponders only.  

 

Condo

Turn left immediately after entering the gate and follow the perimeter road for about 1 mile.  The numbers are on the front of the condos and easy to see.  We also have a decorative gecko on the left side of the garage door.

 

Parking

Please park either in the driveway or acoss the street.  Do not park on the condo side of the street due to mail delivery, trash pickup and landscape workers. The HOA will fine us also. Unfortunatly the garage is not available for parking.

 

Entry

There is an electronic door lock to the left of the door.  Please use the code provided followed by the unlock button.  To lock the door simply press the lock button (no code required).  Allow the lock to cycle open or closed before pushing on the door to prevent the lock from binding.  If you have any problems, try locking the door first then retry unlocking the door.  If that doesn’t work please contact us.
